Meet Ashley
I’m the face behind ACT Massage. Before becoming an RMT, I received my diploma in kinesiology. The human body is something that I have always been passionate about and I knew that I would have a career surrounding an aspect of that. Over the last three years of massaging,
I have focused my practice more towards recovery and rehabilitation, varying from all types of injuries. All of my clients as of now know these treatments are far from relaxation massages but consist of long lasting results. I’m eager to continue to expand my knowledge within this practice.
Some of my hobbies are weightlifting, as an RMT I think it’s extremely important to understand the mechanics of the human body and how they operate, and using proper form techniques to avoid injury. I love enjoying the outdoors, whether it be boating, camping, hiking, sledding.
As many of you know, I just recently had a baby in October and he has since then become my bestfriend. Spending my days with him is nothing short of amazing.
